7th Heaven / Crash in battle short after it starts

Hi. I have crashes in battle with elena and 2 shinra soldiers in town on icicle area. I had same issue in the temple of the ancients and there were too battles with shinra soldiers which i had crashes. battle stops immediately after soldier attack.
