Troubleshooting / Games stops at first Rufus meeting

The game works well but untill the party meets Rufus on the top of Shinra Building. He introduces himself explaining that he's different from his father, then Tifa answers that he inherited from his father the desire to make long speeches. At this moment, even if I press on "confirm" button, the dialog box still is open, the characters blink sometimes, the music still goes on, but the games is basically stopped.
I modded a clean Steam installation using Tsunamods 5.30 and Caledor italian translation 1.5
Can someone help me ?
