7th Heaven / Underwater Bug

I'm playing ffvii with tifa's heaven and after destroy the red submarine, when I go there to obtain the huge materia nothing happens..... later I when I was trying to obtain the ancient key, I get the animation of getting the huge materia for the red submarine instead getting the ancient key and the "stick" which represents the ancient key disappears so I can't continue with the game 

There's a solution for that problem?

(I'm spanish, sorry for my poor english grammar skills)
