Completely Unrelated / Hacking a PSP...

Anyone have a .rif editor or know of where I can get one? The reason being I have a PSP and they don't have some of the games that I want, so, obviously, I want to hack the current PSP version. I believe I almost have it, I just need a .rif editor, so anyone that knows of one or has one, please let me know, and if successful, I will post how to do it for anyone interested.

Is there a patch somewhere that allows you to replace  Squall with Seifer? Or even Rinoa with Quistis?
