Final Fantasy VII Remake OVA, ALIVE AGAIN! (Really never death :P)

Hello!

Back with the intention of finishing this project, this is probably the longest and most ambitious work of a mod of Final Fantasy VII, with 4 years of almost uninterrupted development, intended to be considered true "Remake".

I will quickly leave you the important details of the game:

- Material unused playable 100% (cutscenes, text, animations, battle, and more ..)

- Difficulty completely renovated, with new battles ofcourse :)

- Fix big list of exploits

- New minigames (special mention for auction Loveless)

- New items and key elements (can get full inventory)

- New materials

- New sidequest (example, sidequest Yuffie in Kalm, can change history with new sidequest and battles)

- Karma (the karma will depend on player as acting in many moments of the game, this attribute can condition a lot in adventure, your future awards)

- Awards system renovated (all new, various types, non linear mixing randomness that can be conditioned with karma)

- Achievements System (more details in the future, but I can say it will be a system with different types, with a total of 100 achievements, this is the big challenge)

- Mogu Network (card system to FFIX, which includes some news)

- Alchemy pot (this system is very nice, generous amount of combinations)

- New growth x4 and x5

- Modified element parameters, magics, attribute level, states, limit, shops, and more..

- Keep the essence of the game, do not rule out original material, then the novelties are "extra".


This is not all, but you can see that is a very extensive work ... for this I ask for suggestions, even if you want to collaborate in some way, I accept donations, this would also help to complete the game, I are lucky to have programmer doing very difficult work, this man deserves a few beers haha! Now talk seriously, probably without him this project would never come to this.

This will also tell you about the issue of translation, originally the game is in Spanish, I know that many do not play for this, but if you help me if possible I promise to publish a English version, can assure that it will be a job really complicated, in addition to the texts of the game (giant new amount), text objects, texts also minigames, kernel, exe


-Installer-

We will now proceed with the technical details of installation, this is where my programmer (which also maintains the web) is working actively.

Comming soon ... we are working in installer all in one, without previous configuration.



I want to remember, this game is inspired by what should be a remake, but I have some surprises ..no be two equal game, or difficulty, or events, or found objects, each player will have a different ranking and be funny to know who is good or bad player, finish the game 100% will be a huge challenge.

If things go well I publish stable beta (any game) later this year.

Finally, I repeat, if someone wants to help, collaborating or a donation can be important to complete this large project as well, although I finished I will need your impressions and withstand lot of my time to correct exploits in any case I can assure that most bugs are extensively tested and corrected by me.

Pd: Anything people want contribute with donation to finish this game will be added in credits, when finished game can see hehehe, maybe some detail even better, and off course, all the masters of this forum I add sure, DLPB, Mystare, NTFC1, and company.... :P

I create location in this coordenate and new field model for finish the event, assign variable and ask question with options, only can open with valid combination, in case failed process broken the machine.

This event have two possible endings  ;D

1. You can't get back to the elevator because I ran out of variables, the way is disabled with Triangle ID.
2. When a character is following Cloud it can generate some problems, because this is a WIP, I will fix it if I can.

Qui mana if only used by the programmer, is not for player.

in this mod do all the characters always follow cloud?

and is there any way to change party leaders through out the game?

well i downloaded and played through the aeris abduction scene and that was really fun! too bad i cant really understand anything, but the mod is really fun, thanks!

Sega Chief's mod New Threat already implemented a lot of new content to the game.
Some other mods did that also.
I'm sure some kind of scripts and models implementation could be negotiated between the authors.

Honestly say, in script field huge number of events, probably any event other mod could confict with my game.

In battle only where more work is needed, and I see Sega Chief mod, is a brilliant job, maybe if he wants to help in some specific combat would be really good.
