Error Launching FF7 through 7th Heaven

I've been trying to fix this for the past two days. I've reread the install guide and reread the FAQ. The settings in workshop can't get any better. I can run the game without 7th heaven.
Hopefully someone knows whats going on.

Wrong .exe? Wrong load order?

I edited the first post with my load order.
I've tried all of the EXEs with my first load order and then after I editted the load order as well.
Still the same error, with the same APP log.

Not using the right load order. Read the faq:

Miscellaneous - Dynamic Cloud Weapons
Miscellaneous - Jessie Mod
Miscellaneous - Sephiroth Story Mod
Miscellaneous - Team Avalanche Fields
Battle Models - Weapons
Field Models - Objects
Alphabetical thereafter, beginning with Animations

Also use the profile details button to post the load order.

Please don't bump threads. Someone will eventually get around to it.

Try going into Workshop -> OpenGL -> Graphics and unchecking the Postprocessing box. I'm not sure whether the shader it uses is compatible with every AMD GPU.
