Did you run the converter?if so press Win + R to search and type regedit.Navigate to HKEY_LOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432NODE\SQUARESOFTAfter that click Final Fantasy VII and change the data drive to whatever drive your ISO is in

Aha thats a sound issue! Sound dumb i know but ...Open ff7 config and change the sound device to 1 that works. Then run the converter again
Side note to this...don't open FF7Config from the game folder. You need to run the GC again and choose the Overwrite option. That will open the proper FF7Config to set the registry keys correctly.
