Game crashes after first FMV

Using 7th Heaven with the Steam version of Final Fantasy VII on Windows 10.

The game crashes straight after the first FMV, after cloud gets off the train. Have tried changing compatibility mode of the ff7.exe file to Windows 98, but it then doesn't run, tried with Windows 7 and Windows 8 but still crashes.

Have tried deleting and reinstalling, but same problem.

Fixed the problem! Had it pointed to ff7.exe instead of ff7_mo.exe
