I was going through some old thread and found this and thought it was kinda funny

I don't think anyone will make an overworld editor, and if they do I don't see anyone taking the time to model all of that...  But if they do that would be INSANE! 

Anyways, I keep my original preference of Gaia, but Lifestream seems like a good one too.

Also I was just wondering if you where gonna name your new tool after Gaia?

I might as well give my insight.

Aeris's Death: When a player "dies" in combat, it is counted as K.O., which means knockout. So, the player is not actually dead, just unconscious. Thus, using a phoenix down would "revive" them. However, actual death...

Seto Stone: He's probably turned to stone completely from the inside out since he got hit by those arrows, and I'm pretty sure turning completely to stone from the inside out would effectively prevent the use of a soft. Plus, it's been a lot of years since he turned to stone, so using one may not work anymore.

Zack's death: The FF7 group does get hit by a lot of crap, but Zack was gunned down by what looked like an army of Shinra soldiers, as well as helicopters and missiles (I think that's how it played out in Crisis core, it's been a while since i played). Cloud and the gang, i assume, play out their various battles not by standing in one place, but actually moving around, attacking the creatures. Zack was surrounded by an army of guys, having bullets rained down upon him.

Cloud getting stabbed: ... it hit an empty spot...

Shera in the Rocket: uhhh........ Fairies?

There, that's what I got. Tear it apart if you wish, I don't mind. If it don't make sense, I blame my ADHD and lack of ability in explaining crap. The last two parts I didn't give enough of a crap to write anything about, cause it's dinner time.
Aeris, Zack, and Seto sound about right as for Shera you got a point she could of just climbed in the escape pod the first time. So that's probably what she did since she had time to think about the first incident and wonder what she could of did. As for Cloud he was emotional he just lost his friends and town. He was filled with rage and adrenaline, people do amazing things while they got adrenaline pumping
through their body.

That seems reasonable. And of course, if they all get KO'd, it is safe to assume they'd die anyway.

Although, monsters never attack or attempt to gobble down'd allies.

Ruby weapon doesn't technically gobble them down but he does use quick sand to remove them maybe he was gonna gobble them later?

Here is the rocket launcher i model up. Its in the mission after the bombing mission. The textures i just worked up real quick was wondering if anyone want to retexture it for me. Since it model after the original i thought you all can use it for the TA project.

looks great just a little adjustments to the body parts to line them up and its perfect.and you can share and release only if its made from scratch. Meaning you made it you didn't rip it from another game. And to ling it up just open it up in kimera and fine tune the parts together.

Timu all the models and textures for the highwind sub buggy and bronco are in my last posted download. Even the blender files are in there if u want to touch those up. Sorry guess I should of been more detail to what was in the download

Ok everything is not complete its just a start but i will release what i got if any one wants to modify them and and release and share with others is fine with me. Actually i would very much appreciate if any one can improve the textures on these models. And if Team Avalanche wants to add any of this to there overhaul that's fine with me too. But anyway here it is and if anyone improves these textures please post them please and thank you.
