[Solved]Can't change my forum avatar.

For some reason I don't have the option to change my forum avatar,
is it disabled at the moment,
or am I doing something wrong?

These are the options available to me:



And this is what my settings look like:

You need a certain number of posts (10 or 15, I don't remember exactly) to be able to use an avatar.

No wonder I couldn't change my avatar,
maybe it should be listed somewhere so newbies like me doesn't spam the forum with posts like this.

Anyway thanks for the help,
I guess I'll have to get to it without spamming to much. 

Edit: 5 posts seems to be the magic number.
