Accessing Dirge of Cerberus FMVs

I've started a project upscaling Final Fantasy CG scenes using AI Gigapixel. I'm working on Crisis Core right now, then either FFVIII or Dirge of Cerberus.

Dirge of Cerberus is difficult because I don't have access to the direct video files. I can record footage through emulator, but I need clean frames rather than recording at 50 or 60FPS and getting inbetween, ghost frames. Is there a way to extract the videos dirctly? Ive found pages talking about this, but either the tools are no longer available or they couldnt figure it out.
