NEW THREAT CRASHES GAME

So no I post, cause I don't find another way.
I did everthing as the Final Heaven Tutorial said, but whenever I active the New Threat Mod, there's weird errors.
In the Bombing Mission a scorpion appears randomly dealing 3000 dmg, I also encountered another weird enemy, and sometime the game crashed when a random battle starts. This only happens sometimes. Apart from that the Mod works most of the time.

I reinstalled a clean FFVII version (squareenix shop, 2012, eng), still the same problem.
I NEED new Threat with all the other mods... Any ideas?

Need to clean your registry before you do the clean install. Read the FAQ thread on how to do that.
