I'm in the flashback scene with the dragon, and Sephiroth keeps missing the dragon. Every attack misses. Whats going on?

wait a second, i cant edit clouds stats in the flashback with my save editor, he still starts in the battle with his low stats and ZERO materia

Never tried that, but since other people've managed to do so... Double-check if you're doing everything correctly.

i got it, i just gave myself 99 ice crystals.... 15 minutes, 5 ice crystals and MANY deaths later (fhodisdsd shitty dragon) i killed the damn thing
