SOLVED: Strange problem: installing bluetooth stack leads to non-working FF7

Hi,

I've been playing FF7 with mods happily for a while now until today I installed Microsoft bluetooth stack for my bluetooth dongle.

After I restarted, I found that my link to FF7 no longer works. I click on it, the screen starts to load and then just disappears.

I did a system restore and FF7 works again.

I can't possibly think how these actions are related. Can anyone shed any light on this issue?

Run FF7Config and make sure the correct audio device is selected.
