Yeah, but this would do it manually. That makes me sound lazy, doesn't it?
I replicated my stats on a new file. Quite enjoyable. Even have my materia.

It should have....
The ability to transfer stats, items like equipment, and materia over to another file.
This way you could start a new file, save near the scorpion, open up Black Chocobo and transfer over the stuff, making it like new game+. Oh, but Key Items have to be left behind.

Uh huh, Sephiroth's character developed all right.
First he wanted to kill all humans, thinking he's a Cetra.
Then, "Zomg fuse with lifestream become gawd!"
We didn't see ANY transition for that..

If you look, you'll see that the Safer Sephiroth transformation in the video uses Chaos Saber, which is used by Chaos, one of Vincent's transformations.
So, yeah, you'll have to replace Vincent.

Yeah, it's a pretty awesome concept.
Turns out FF7 doesn't like Fraps, cuz it crashed when I opened it. And I hadn't saved after morphing 23 power sources. Luckily, I gave them all back to me using this program.
Anyway, I'm gonna be editing a seperate kernel to amp up all the bosses, so that when I replay everything's gonna be a good difficulty for somebody who killed Sephiroth.
Eagerly awaiting the next update.

I reset my game to the Bombing mission and removed everybody from my party, intending to have a New Game+ kind of experience, but it froze on the train scene.

Kefka and Sephiroth were both horribly undeveloped at the time.
Except that eventually Sephiroth got a few spin-offs he was in, like Crisis Core, and then we got to see the transition from hero to solar-system destroying Sociopath.
Personally, I don't think this argument is fair.
As for the Tifa and Aerith argument (and did somebody say Yuffie???) Aerith>Tifa.
1: While they both have good backstories, Tifa's father was killed as a result of Shinra's actions (the creation of Sephiroth). Aerith's mother was killed as a result of Shinra's actions as well (Her mother's incarceration).
While Tifa took up a vendetta against Shinra itself, helping to blow up two Mako reactors and killing hundreds of people, Aerith tended a flower bed.
2: Aerith sacrificed herself to save the planet. Tifa let Cloud fall from the reactor.
This whole conversation is useless anyway. They're different people with different personalities and races. Aerith is a CETRA. Not everybody can cast holy, guys.
