Damn, I'm really going to have to get back to work XD

By the way, do you plan to recreate the small video between the screens md1 and md2, with the view on the reactor ?

Hey shampignon!glad you're coming back xD. About that video, I think tsunamix is going to work on that but no idea when. I sent to him the models and everything already but I know he is busy with his mod and other stuff so I think It will take a while. I have to send you the animations for md1_2  so PM when you are ready. Thanks for your help friend!

Would there really be that much rust? Rust implies the presence of water or moisture. Surely that's a ridiculous danger to the stability/safety of the reactor and isn't something they would allow?

Sure... you get tetanus just by looking at the Nibelheim reactor, after all.  Besides, who knows what kinds of corrosive effects mako has on metal, especially in something called a "reactor."

I actually thought also that the amount of rust was overkill.

me personally if we compare with the original I don't find that there is too much rust.

jusete's work is still perfect in my opinion ^^shampignon's work also ^^

ff7maniac,

the work is very faithful. The criticism was to the original design.

Today it's a great day, I finally found the motivation to work on md1_1 !
I just saw a mistake : there are 2 layers with the exhaust fans to get them animated.
Did you forget these layers or is it voluntary ?

PS : you can already send me the layers for the animations of md1_2 if you want.

That looks great! I wonder if we can redo the moving doors. Probably just have to apply a texture to the 3d files for the scene

Hmmm, didn't think about the doors will look out of place. I'll make a 3d model and render the textures to apply to the existing one.
