First use the patch.. And then find the ffprp folder in your main dir. Copy the 00.lgp and rename it to char.lgp in the field folder in the main dir too and replace it. Do the same for 01.lgp just replace it with world_us.lgp and rename it. After doing so delete the ffprp folder in your main dir and also delete the two new icons in the desktop as it is now useless. Install TA Patch and then run the game normally using ff7music or the exe itself and it should work.

I've installed the Ultima version of FF7 then this mod.
First i needed the cd to run the game, so i just copy the .exe file from another ultima version that i've installed and it ran, the game open and i start a new game, the first scene (barret and cloud getting off the train) was mixed up. The caracter didn't change, the texture was all weird.


sorry for the bad english, i'm not american.

You'll get burned by just saying your using the ultima version.

I do agree on the part that Graphics have improved but gameplay fun lessened.
Miseru-Well I partly agree with you with reading reviews about a game and it spoils my game but when I was playing it I didn't feel the need to finish it because I didn't enjoy playing it much. Anyways I'm with you with Suikoden 2 being better than the first. I miss the old days..

Anyone noticed this? When I was a child I played Legend of Legaia, Arc the Lad, Musashi, Suikoden etc. but the older ones are better than the newer ones. I really do not know the reason why..

I'm not an expert about looking at these kinds of problems but it says No OpenGL 2.0 support detected. Maybe your video card does not support OpenGL. What's your video card?

Darkfang was a little excessive, but I still have his transparent avatars, which were great IMO, id be for giving him another chance, he has to have learned his lesson by now...

Well he has been banned by Qhimm himself so that's going to be hard making him come back. And I did saw his posts about pornography but I saw it as his act of rebellion and got crazy.

Just copy the sword files in the download. It is rtck to rtcz. Don't replace or copy the rtaa, rtao or any other since those files are the body parts of Cloud and those parts are the black guys in the mod.

Has anyone been able to get a full screen start menu with the driver?

I followed the instructions on http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=9141.0 but my menu is still small.

You must install Aali's driver and TA patch and then put the image like buster_00.png inside the textures folder. Make sure you don't touch anything from the menu_us.lgp too.

I wholeheartedly agree furz, I just focused this more towards anyone who would pick up on it with free time, not people that are already busy with other things.

Anyway double exp and drops (never been done) starts in 1 hour and last 78 hrs.

I like those part of mmo's where they give free double exp or triple exp during the holidays. Anyways good luck playing there.

That's the only backdown for using FF7Music. Sometimes sounds can't loop properly and it repeats at the wrong time too. Anyways I saw a thread for ogg sounds.

I think you mean "FMV's". Anyways if you're using FF7music and the reactor explosion maybe your missing the sound file of the explosion(I have the same problem as you before but I just had a missing sound).

Maybe feather's around the sword? I don't know what sword you are talking about but for the buster sword that will look good(my opinion). Although its fine as it is and I love it.
