I am only modifying the colors and the detail of M-3 in S-4 but I took the image nmkin_4 made by jusete to make smkin_4 but if it can be used it's nice. What do you think, I did success? ^^

Hello !

Just to say that I'm not dead ^^ and that I began the layering of the nmkin's.

Just one thing Jusete : in the nmkin_4 and smkin_4 fields, the Mako should be flat. You made some waves, but in the game there is no animation for the Mako, so the waves are still... It looks strange... What do you think ?

You mean the water at the bottom? Or the mako going up from the water next to the pipes? I have to send you the fields without smoke/mako anyway. I'll pack everything when arrive home

Yes, the water at the bottom, I think it would be better if it was flat.
PS : your new fields are amazing !

FF7maniac => oui J'avoue qu'il a été très productif, j'ai du boulot !

me personally I like the waves. I find it brings realism, seen that the mako gets pumped in big pipes it's normal for it to move but that's just my opinion ^^

In the og, if you look a bit closer, you can see some waves. I made them more exaggerated exactly for the reason ffmaniac said ;P.
I'll send you the fields tomorrow during the morning, couldn't even switch on the computer today.
Thanks Shampignon!

Waves are fine for me, but maybe a little bit more fog? It is already a masterpiece, that would be just the last detail.

The lights coming from the Mako being pumped in are missing the shadows from the original as well. (Not just below, but above by the catwalk as well. Shadow cast on the piping)The lights themselves are more volumetric/fog like in the original too.

Still looks great!

is there a reason I can't get this mod to work with 7H? Every other one I try works except this one, game runs but the background is still the same as the original

All the fields? Just be sure you put Project Edge above all the field mods(satsuki's, remako) if not, it will load first the others

Last fields are not imported yet. Is this happening with all the fields?

I tested the beginning of the game, right before the first boss fight and some other saves I have later. Just feels like it isn't activating this mod for some reason.

I'm a bit off right now. Is peak time at work and too busy at home. I haven't switched on my computer from two weeks ago. I have to finish last smkin1 and revisit the train station. After that I'll continue with midgard xD

Yes that one, he sent me his files to texture it and make it more consistent with the ones we have now. But I can leave it if you are happy with how it looks now

me personally the appearance suits me ^^ it's more about 3d, there are small faults. the train is a little off. it lacks the ark and the stairs at the other end etc, little details like that and i think shampignon has the same opinion . i was talking about it with him on ff7.fr or in private here i don't remember ^^

@jusete This is freaking unbelievable quality. Amazing work and an amazingly ambitious undertaking.
I'm just getting back to playing FF7 and saw this and just wow, seriously great work.

I'm wondering if you would be able to put up a completion status summary on the first post (x of x renders complete, etc), I have no idea of how many fields there are in total, but I'm interested in the completeness of this. Of course, I'll be donating too to help make this thing a reality. Amazingly high quality, very impressed!
