what is the latest torrent package?

I think I got the latest torrent file back in January and have been continuously seeding since...

are there any updated files that needs to be swapped out or are the mods pretty much done?

Can I mod the game again using the bootleg configurator?

I had the game modded from version 039 but I downloaded the new 040 and did the mod again...

that should overwrite from previous install, right?

Can you run FF VII with bootloader and have Steam overlay?

Or is there display driver issue and it just can't be done?
