Can't Update Download Links
« on: 2014-07-10 15:33:41 »
http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=14469.0

I'm getting a Forbidden message when I try to update the download links for my mod. We used to have to wait for approval on links, so did something change?

Nothing has changed and I dont see any permission issue that would prevent it

I was able to update with one download link, so I put all 3 mods into a shared linked. If I post more than one, it gives me the following message:

Code: [Select]
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I think this is related to our anti-spam stuff. It causes all sorts of weird server issues sometimes, is very annoying.

I suspected it may be that. I used to be able to post with no links, then edit them in afterwards. Without that workaround, I'd have one big headache trying to write up my tutorials. It's odd that one topic doesn't allow me to do so.

It's also possible there was a string somewhere in one of the individual links that it didn't like.

Unfortunately, this is not something within my power to fix. :/
