It seems as though I have come to a stand still while trying to level up materia. I'm trying to get to level 99, I'm at around 70 with Barret, Cloud, and Cid. Some of my materia won't level up, and I don't know why. For about the last 4 or 5 hours of in game, my deathblow is stuck with 2 stars needing only 1230 experience to master it. I don't understand why it isn't attributed points after battles I fight. Is it because I'm in the Northern Crater? I also went to the Sunken Gelnika, and had the same luck. My characters level up, and the game runs just fine, but I'm stuck wondering why my materia has stopped, or at least slowed, leveling up. Any suggestions or input?
