Completely Unrelated / A couple Java questions

Hey guys,

I got bored of trawling Google attempting to find succint answers to these questions, and my lecturer seems incapable of replying to his emails so....
1:- would fileStream.split(","); be sufficient to get words out of a .csv file? if not, what is the most painless way of doing so?

2:- what would be the most painless way of getting data out of an xml file?

in both of these cases, I need to assign the words to a String, inside a for loop.

General Discussion / Print Screen

So... this may seem dumb (and apologies if it's already in the faq section somewhere:- I couldn't find it...) but I tried to take a print screen of the game running, and all I got was a plain black screen when I pasted it back into Paint.

Anyone know what that's about?

Troubleshooting / flevel.lgp

I downloaded PitBrat's Bootleg Configurator, and it worked fine, except for Gjoerulv's Hardcore Mod not being able to find flevel.lgp (the configurator carried on and finished all the other mods)

Now when I try to launch the game, it just flashes black and then closes, without showing anything at all....
how can I fix this? The only problem I can discern is that I have no flevel.lgp installed, but I don't see how that could have happened...

Troubleshooting / ff7input.cfg

So... I've been trying to find out how to edit this myself, but I can't find anything and resorted to registering on the forum to ask. Hopefully I won't regret this 

Basically, I want to change it from the default numpad keys to other keys on my non-numpad-inclusive laptop keyboard, 'cause carting around my controller everywhere I want to play is tedious, and the game seems to not save my key config changes
