Looks like it could use a bit of tweaking, the body looks like it's too far forward, but except that you get two claps!
*clap clap*
Two claps is good

I'm strongly advising not posting the models publicly. I have an issue with taking content from one game and putting it in another.

why? it doesnt conflict with any copywright issues i would imagine. no profits are made and he isnt calling it his own.

friggin copywright laws should have acceptable limits.

99% of EULAs usually say stuff like you can't make derivative works, you can't reverse engineer the game and various other naughty things you shouldn't do, ripping the models classes as reverse engineering.

Usually companies will only jump on you if you start taking stuff from their game and putting it into other games, or you're making something similar to what that they are.(see the HALOGEN project that got shut down by Microsoft when Halo Wars was announced)

Yeah seriously I don't see why everybody's going all 'woo ports' here; we have several talented 3D artists around which really deserve more praise than they get atm (or so I feel).

This was also a problem in the Counter-Strike: Source community I used to be active in (and well, still moderate on one big site), everybody wants to port stuff from commercial games even if they were sub-par to what most artists on the site can produce. They used to be allowed back in the day, but we got a DMCA takedown notice from some company and decided to remove and ban all ported content at that point.

Better to be safe than sorry.

hey R_K
you have to learn how to patch up holes in your models! just do that by "creating" new vertices in the holes wher you made your slice! trust me and it will look better..

What's funny is that the meshes used in the original models seem almost superior than those used in Crisis Core. Overall though the Crisis Core ones just plain look better thanks to better texturing.

I agree though that the custom made models are way better by far. Sucks to see the porting issue still stands here. I can practically hear the gears grinding as they shift back down now.

I'm definitely one who is "woo ports" but I 1,000 times would rather use the models you, timu_sumisu, apz, and hermoor have created.  The ported models don't have quite the same feel as the handmade ones and are more of a temporary hi-res fix while ya'll slave over your custom ones.

FIll holes

1. Easy way  :-)

2. Hard way
Convert .p to .3ds and fill holes by 3ds max

Remmeber uvmap to right texture

Check your texture file or you don't set numbers of texture file. Pcreator open battle hrc set 1 (1 is use 1 texture file ??ac)
