It's correct to write double question mark in a conversation?

Ingame, I have seen that Barrett is with Red XIII, then "others", it's correct with one person or more person? Barrett is one person, Red XIII.

If you want to :) To add chars you will need to do that and to change window.bin values to accommodate it.   As for other question regarding translation, that is offtopic, but yes, changing English game is beneficial because everyone mods for it.

Sorry for later, DLPB. But I don't have the FF7 1998 version, I have 2012. I think I couldn't modify the "mod font", right?

I have seen a little error, but It is not very important. When you select the buttons (psx version), the cross is Triangle, and the Triangle is Cross. I enclose the image:

Now, the tutorials work perfectly in both version, PSX and PC.

EDIT:
Other bug in psx version,
in the map mds7pb_2 doesn't appear the texts,
but the other version yes (1.4.1), see the image.

I have solutioned closing the program and open again, occurs when you save a
change of text, I have changed only the text of tutorial.

Edit 2:

In this version I have seen you can change the size of windows, but
I have seen some windows that can't change, or text which protudes in the
window text, see the image, and sorry my bad English, an image explains all.

Hello, people. Sorry to be a pain. We are trying to find a one graphic, yes the only.

The graphic is the "slot", when you fight in "Arena" in the Gold Saucer, I uploaded the image for it can see, the image I extract from PC VERSION. I have been finding in the .MNU of psx because in PC version was in the MENU, then I thought that it could be there, but not.
Also, I have been finding in the folder MINI and others, but nothing, I don't know where can be.

Hi Myst6re, you program is amazing, but  I have a little problem. I am editing the texts of tutorials, psx version (spanish), but when I click in Accept when I finish to translate the text, some words appears imcomple or cut, and others in white (no words) see the image.

EDIT: I have been seeing the command "Move with a numbers", it is neccesary to change
for increasing the window dialogue? Because I didn't change any number and besides
were the same space and characters.

Hello, guys, I don't want to be a pain with anybody, but I have some doubts, and sorry my English, I am not English speaker.

In first place, I have posted other posts about a Spanish re-translation, and we changed the font of the game,
but we have seen that the windows of dialogue are big, and they don't adapt to the font. For example in this

In the images, the window of dialogue, is some big, and doesn't adapt to the small font, it adapts like the default font.

I would like if there is a way to autosize with that font we have edited to the windows dialogue.

Other doubt, is the Kernel.bin, we have edited the kernel.bin with wallmarket, we have considered the limit
of size, as says in the readme or "help archive" the program, 22Kbytes or 22598 bytes.
The archive we have translated his size is 21,9 KB (22.473 bytes).
The doubt I have, is, how to import this archive if is more big that default? I think, I should modify yamaha.bin, but I don't understand how modify the size in yamaha.bin. According to yamaha.bin, is a table of archives,
the kernel.bin size is in position 14 and LBA 10.

I hope some answer :), I only I would know it.

EDIT:
THe iso we are using, is spanish version, 1.1.

I have a question. The translation is the same of original PC? In English or other language? I think that they did not change
the translation.

I have a doutb about translation. In FF VII japanese version, the character Cait Sith does speak with acent of Osaka?
In English version, does speak in Scotish accent?
But when Reeve works in Shinra, does speak acent normal?

Anyway, speaking about the font, in the PC version the font appears great without errors,  but I think it must modify
the memory of psx or archive denominated YAMADA.BIN

Hello, maybe I commented in other post, we are doing a spanish translation in FF7, and I looked the
FF7 international of Gemini.

Well, the original font is some big, so we looked the font of Gemini, and the PC version there were
two fonts, one narrow and other wide, the wide is like font of Gemini. So, my partner dumped the narrow font. Later, with
Hack 7, we extracted the font of psx in format TIM and later with Timviewer, TIM->BMP.
My partner with photoshop, ajusted the palet and the font, and then we did reverse, BMP->TIM
and with Hack 7, insert font TIM, and voilá, the result was great.

The name's objects, name of configuration, and equip, dissapeared, and if you quit the menu,
the game crashes. Other experiment I tried, it was changing the witdh of the font with Hack7, not
replace the wide font for narrow font, but the problem was the same, the object names and other
sub-menu, don't appear or the game crashes.

I have many questions about script, graphics and about minigames, but so far, I wish solucionate this problem.

I think people will play the re translation or Translation, why translation? They are translating from Japanese , there are many details that the original translation didn't translate or skipped, for example, Don Corneo when Cloud and the other arrived, they threatened with to cut his "little thing". And other reasons, the people is used to the official terms of magic or Limits, attacks or arms.

OK, I'll wait it. I only want to communicate to use as support to authors.
Anyway, personally, I don't mind changes of the names, some changes
sound good according Japanese phonetic, and the grammatical changes
have big difference to the original translation.

I am planning translation into Spanish, now I am trying to find out how change graphics, in PC and PSX.
I am seeing many posts and many tools for both.

That scene... is when Don Corneo kidnapped  Elena and Yuffie?
Mm... I still don't understand why the translators put "hobby",
that scene I saw in Japanese text, I know Japanase.

Personally, I would translate as "the hotter (girl)", but I don't know if English speakers could
consider as insult because I am Spanish, the culture is different.

Hi, I have a question about the joke or word game.

I don't understand what it means. Only thing I understand is that it forms a whole sentence instead of a word, but I don't know what word, sorry my bad interpretation.

And other thing, I am working with Sylandro with the retranslation, but we use your retranslation if you don't mind because there are best and magics,(Of course you all are in the credits).
I have seen the post that you haven't finished the retranslation the dialogues, as I am translating the dialogues, I can say what failures there are and comment, if you do not mind, of course.

Hi, everyone, my first post! Uf... what nerves...
Well, I am helping to Sylandro with the Spanish translation, but I don't see bad that
AlbusJC could help us, I have translated other Final Fantasy for example : Four heroes of light of NDS, and other games thanks to
the tools created by CUE  (a programmer).

I have never seen this page ;), until a day searching google, I found it xD, because I am finding mods to FF VII, and I also didn't know that a team had done a re translation in English, certainly, your translation is amazing ;), more best than original.

I told to Sylandro that I hope that the team of the re translation concede us the permission to use it, of course, he include the team in the credits, as he commented before.

DLPB, Onmielixir was used since FF X in Spanish version ;), but Spanish version of FF VII is a nightmare.
