Title: FF7 modded with Tifa's Bootleg won't play in 4:3 resolution

When I first launched the game (un-modded), it would let me play in an unstretched 4:3 ratio, with the black borders. Now, after modding it, it will only play 16:9, even if the 4:3 mod is selected in the launcher settings. Any idea what's causing this?

What I did was use the BootLoader to set the resolution to 1920 x 1080, and it works just fine for me.
