Troubleshooting / 60 fps battles crashing game everytime I select New Game

I've tested out all the other mods I have installed in 7th heaven 2.0, but for some reason enabling 60 fps battles in the Animations - Qhimm catalogue mod makes the game crash everytime I select new game, it's the only mod causing that as when I disable it it launches fine even with the other animation mods.

I do not have V sync enabled

I've made a topic on this before that didn't really get any headway, but I decided to delete and redownload everything today to see if it would fix it.

It didn't, but when I accidentally loaded a save that wasn't the one I was currently using, the animation mod was working perfectly fine

....except it was working whether I had the animation mod turned on or not.

It was only this particular save where it would always work whether I had the Kaldarasha animations turned on or not (They were put in the activated mods portion, but I wouldn't actually switch them to on in the mod config)

With this new development I am completely and utterly confused on what I should do to fix it, and I'd appreciate any help, I can provide screenshots and whatever else is needed if someone can help me figure this out cus I'm semi incompetent with this kinda stuff if I'm not having my hand held.

7th Heaven / Animation mod appears to no longer be working

I hadn't played modded FF VII in awhile and I just remembered why when I felt like playing it again today after a few months of not touching it.

Somehow the new field animations mod just does not work for me anymore, I have the load order correct, all the other mods are working perfectly fine, but cloud is still sticking his arms out.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still didn't fix it, is there any other info I should get to help this get solved?
