7th Heaven Crash on Startup
« on: 2016-06-21 21:39:57 »
Tried to launch 7th Heaven today and got this friendly message, I'm not really sure what it means, some kind of error in an XML somewhere, but not sure what.  Any help would be super appreciated!

Actually, I was wrong, I tried all 4 steps in the FAQ and I'm still getting the same error, any suggestions?

Root element is missing

That means you're pointing one of the paths in the settings to a place that doesn't exist. Recheck your Workshop -> Settings.

I get this error right when I open 7th Heaven, is there a way for me to access those settings from without?

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\7thWorkshop

Delete everything, then reopen 7H client and start over with your Settings.

Success, this has resolved my issues, thank you!  Now to figure out why the video is a little tiny box instead of full screen.

Workshop -> OpenGL

If you set your X and Y to 0 and check the Fullscreen box, then it'll auto adjust to your Windows resolution.

I tried setting both Window X,Y and Internal X,Y to 0, also the Full screen is checked, but I'm still getting the tiny little box.  Could this have anything to do with the face that I have two monitors?
