Save editor for 64 bit OS

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has made, or may have the inclination to make, a save editor for FF7 that works in a 64 bit OS?
I have windows 7 64 bit, and neither Jenova nor FF7 Che seems to have any effect on my files.

Are you sure that's a 64-bit thing? You might be able to fix it by running as administrator, because it sounds like a UAC problem.

If the program runs it has nothing to do with 64-bit vs 32-bit. It's like Covarr said, run it in administrator mode.
