I love that style!

Maybe if you paint on pure black it would work better. The problem is the fading from the texture to the background color. Well you could also try to paint it without a background and we will see how it will look on the model.

I only need the mouth and the eyes high res. Please keep in mind there is a problem with the way the game use the blend mode so please avoid aplpha values. I also need the texture with the eyes closed.

i'm sorry, i don't know how these alpha channels work with textures, and this is the first time i did this kind of thing.. i was overwhelmed to accept the job, so didn't realized that i really don't know how these images work, so i don't know if this will do.. *based this from cloud ff7 remake trailer, added background for viewing purposes*

please don't kill me..  :(

That's very good for me, I have asked for a very long time for that. Well I have to look at the textures and see which I does use and send them to you.

Btw. I could need someone who would draw a few high res textures for the eyes and mouths. My painting isn't clean enough for that.

ofcourse if i can be of any help i will do it! :D just send me the details (size, color, etc.)  :-D

uggghhh, I'm not sure what I've done. I changed the file to ff7music, and loaded the game back up through 7th Heaven. None of the mods loaded and the graphics looked pixelated and strange. Rebooted, same thing. tried going back to VGMstream... same thing. I then ran the "RunFFVIIConfig" tool in that folder, and subsequently broke FF7 all together. Now when I launch the game through 7th Heaven I just get a blank black screen. :(

can you post your app.log? it can be opened with notepad too.. same location as ff7_opengl.cfg.. and i think you should run the game converter again, make sure you use dummy disk in your virtual drive, not the real disk 1-3 of ff7..

VGMstream. Should I try changing it? I actually am having trouble remembering where the opengl config manager is located.

go to your ff7 folder path, there is your ff7_opengl.cfg (along with ff7.exe, ff7_mo.exe, etc), open it with notepad and post it here.. :)

Nice, skip the wing after all, it would be to cramped.
Maybe make outer letters brighter as well? So they are easily readable, recognized?

i'll try to make it brighter, the lasttime i did it, it becomes unreadable, makes the letters crumpled together.. :D

Those settings were in Aali 0.7.11b but may not work with 0.8.x.

just tried it, as you've said EQ2Alyza, it didn't worked.. ;D gonna wait for your 7H to have the OLD GUI HD.. :) more power!

got some time to play around settings.. same as some members above, i want the old battle gui for the full hp indicator.. but, i can't make the box transparent.. this is the team avalanche GUI.. if someone wants to know how i did it, i'm willing to post it here.. :)

*this is not the ff7.exe, for it will make the text and gui pixelated, this is from avalanche gui..*
*drawback: beacause+mo mod should be deactivated, so break cant be used; wonder if writing break 9999 into the ff7 settings will work..

ok.. you have nvidia but ff7 is using your integrated gpu.. go to notification bar, right click nvidia, then nvidia control panel, then manage 3D settings, global settings, preferred graphics processor:(choose "high performance nvidia processor" in the drop down list) then try running the game and post the app.log here

what graphic hardware are you using? integrated intel HD? nvidia? ati?

can you post your APP.LOG and FF7_opengl details? (it can be opened with notepad)

A-MAZING! Now that is something! :-) You can add those wings on the side if you want, white with dark outline and vice versa. I dont want / need them myself but for those that want them, it may be an option...

As far as I am concerned this looks so clean and finished. Only the background is left if its needed at all.
You could even stretch the outer letters a little without the wings. It might be better idea, to keep the space clean and it doesn't give the feeling that something is missing or empty in the picture. Or make both versions for ppl to choose. :-)

sorry guys for the delay.. got some work to be done these past few days.. but, here it is! two samples of the 7th heaven remake logo  ;)

I really like how it looks, but why not placing the meteor directly in the middle as the original game logo and placing the 7th Heaven logo on it. I could imagine that the current design could be a bit to much for a small logo.

yes, i'm still not coloring it, i just adjusted it to curve, still not on coloring.. hehe  ;D as you can see it's still not exported, still on photoshop.. just a screenshot :D

Wow that's much nicer. Can you change letter colot from that yellow red to smtn else? Ie blu like meteor or smtn?

thanks! yeah i'm thinking about what color scheme to use, more like one major color, then every shade of that color will be used.. that blue you are saying looks good on this.. i'll try to mix and match the shades of blue.. thanks for the response!  :D
