7th Heaven won't start

this what it told me to post....

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\7thWorkshop

Delete the files there, then reopen the 7H client. Redo your Settings, making sure that the paths you type actually exist. "Root element is missing." is a message for when you type in a path that doesn't exist.
