7th Heaven / Using ps4 Controller with 7th Heaven Mod?

I see some of you all able to use a ps4 controller with the mod/patch for ff7, obviously without being in the actual steam version. I have my ps4 controller connected via bluetooth and ds4 will read it. Im on windows 10 so the net frame is there already. So how can I accomplish this? Can anyone explain step by step on how i can get my ps4 controller to work with 7th Heaven?

This is the message im getting after I try launching 7th Heaven after windows restart and update.

I've tried re-mounting the ISO... Im a bit confused...
