EDIT: hmm, when i record it causes lots of lag.. and wut is the meaning of FPS, shows, 25, 30, 50, 60, but idk wut that means

You put the FPS at 25?
Don't touch the FPS, just run your game at a lower resolution (say the original 640x480) then record.
