Gameplay / Final Fantasy VII PSX Mods and Modding Tool Questions

i have some questions to ask here regards of mods psx version. i have been searching for some mods like break damage limit, hp/mp limit mod(just these that i list here)for the psx version one but i only found for the pc version one. I really only need these mod for my psx version
one and last questions i need to ask is is there any modding tool to extract the kernel.bin and scene.bin file from the psx iso because i want
to use wallmarket tool to modify some ingame data and modify the enemy stat too but i don't know how to do. Also is the kernel.bin file for
the 3 iso disc, is it the same or different and after i made changes to my files how do i put back into the iso and save changes?

really need help here and any help would be greatful

Gameplay / Final Fantasy VII Play as Sephiroth Question

up until now is there any sephiroth mod out there that could play as the original real sephiroth like GF-SANs one for pc(The full complete and final version).The existing mod are all outdated and cannot fully play as Sephiroth. Even its Sephiroth but doesn't looks like him and his stats are Cloud and not his own one and lots more. I was hoping that there's exist the dream sephiroth mod that i wanted so much.

The main story are altered so that Sephiroth will be permanently in my party throughout the game(no temporary leaving/gone for quite sometimes)

Gameplay / Final Fantasy IV steam/reloaded PC Play as Golbez Mod

I have been enjoying playing this game a lot because the story is very nice and i have been wandering is there a mod/patch to replace the main character Cecil to Golbez also slightly modify the story abit making Golbez story. i don't really like using cheat device to play as Golbez
since the code is not perfect having lots of bug and glitch also freeze the game alot during some event so rather than using a cheat device to play as Golbez i rather use a mod to play as him is nicer. i wonder Golbez mod is available or?

Also i really need some help for the PSP Final fantasy IV Complete Collection. Is anyone here are expert on modding/modifying the game's data? i want to change Golbez character sprite, walking sprite, battle sprite and his portrait in The After Years to the original Final fantasy IV one: i love his cool looking armor from the original game also is it possible to give Golbez some of other character command like summon so i could do summon too rather than just using Black Magic.

i am a huge fan of Golbez. Hopefully someone could help me out, thx alot.

sorry i am new member here dont know posting is right or not? i hv some questions to ask here what's the latest sephiroth patch available for download?is it the scorpius one?i hv search and try download scorpius one but all the link are dead or have been deleted/removed by the user so is there anyone here could kindly provide me a valid download link for the full and latest sephiroth patch,ty
secondly may i ask can i use the advent children or hd char field model and battle model with the sephiroth patch rather than using the npc reconstruction patch with sephiroth patch because i dont quite like the npc reconstruct model.
lastly i need to know how to install a mod manually without using bootleg to install the mod?do i need to create a mods folder inside ffvii folder and in the aali config cgl what should i add in comment?Also could i have crisis core or advent children sephiroth char field,world and battle model for the sephiroth patch?
