Could people across the world check if it's available on Steam in their country? As far as I can tell, it's currently listed in the US, UK, Germany, Norway, Russia, and Brazil.

It's available in Sweden.

Could also mention that GMG (www.greenmangaming.com) is selling steam keys cheaper than on Steam itself. It's a very legit site.

Bootleg seemed to work fine, I used Tifa's Package on the Steam install and played for an hour with no issues that I could tell. This was my first time using bootleg though so it might be *something* didn't work as it should and I simply didn't notice.
