General Discussion / 20 years late is better than never!!!

I did it!

I finished Final Fantasy 7 for the first time ever! I can now understand the following of this game.

I want to thank everyone who had contributed to this project, you guys definitely made the first time experience playing this game very worthwhile for me. What made it even better was that the community responded very quickly to any technical issues and helped resolved it super quick so i can continue playing! Thanks everyone!

I can't wait to delve further into the lore and spin offs and especially the remake on PS4!

I have now completed:

Final Fantasy 3 DS Remake
Final Fantasy 4 DS Remake
Final Fantasy 7
Final Fantasy 9
Final Fantasy 13
Final Fantasy 13-2
Final Fantasy 13-3 Lightning Returns

Any recommendation which title to complete next?

Troubleshooting / Freezing Frog!

Hi guys,

Unsure if this has been reported but this has happened to me twice now.

The game freezes (the music still continues and characters still move but unable to proceed with battle) when an enemy gets turned into a frog due to the effects of 'Hades' summon combined with the 'Added Effect' Materia. This has happened with Tifa and Vincent.

7th Heaven / Field Models Reverted Back to original After Update :(

Hi team,

I am having trouble with the field models.

My 7th Heaven recently updated by re downloading all the mods and then messing up the order of mods.

Now all my field models have gone back to original even after re ordering the mods on 7th Heaven and running the patcher again.

How Do I go about fixing this?

Also note, that I tried two different order of mods - first being the list written in red on the main Final Heaven page and the order shown on one of the pictures. Both do not work.

7th Heaven / Menu Overhaul Help!

Hi guys,

When I had a friend install bootleg for me my battle menus looked like this (REALLYS WEET, CLEAN AND SEXY):

Then I instaled 7th Heaven and I installed the The Reunion - Because and Menu Overhaul mod, but my menus look like this:

There is a Name/HP/MP bar at the top and it looks messy.

Can anyone help?

Question regarding Jessie Mod.

When she joins during Cloud and Barrett during the reactor infiltration, does she ever leave or stay forever?

When I loaded another game she replaced Tifa. Does she completely replace Tifa??

Support / Help replacing the battle theme

Hi Team!

I am new (again) to modding.

I spent a few hours learning how to install 7th heaven it it works!!!!!!!!!

For the music I am currently using OST Remastered under the drop down box with many options.

Is there anyway I can change the standard battle music to this?: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rKGbZYRUv28

Also the OST remastered track stays true to the original sound track but just remastered? I want to experience Final Fantasy 7 for the first time enhanced but still staying true to the original.
