Did you contact Steam support to ask for a refund? As it's now a week later, you might not even get a refund.

Surely common sense would kick in to contact support for either Steam or Squeenix.

Steam was not involved... I did that via the Mog Station but got confused with the upgrading option. I didn't know who to contact but I'm pretty sure they would assume the same think like the users who support them. That's not the point. I lost 15 euros so what... the point is the flaming I get from users who prefer to support a company who doesn't even respect the FF principles any more... and rips them off for a lifetime... They are defending them with teeth and nails like they are getting paid to represent the company... and getting so offensive and insulting... it's literally crazy... I just made a statement... If I read such a post and don't agree I would just ignore it.
