How do you make a sound file loop?
« on: 2017-02-07 19:12:03 »
Hi, I am trying to replace the sound files in my Final Fantasy VII folder, I know where to go and how to replace them and what format they need to be in, however one thing that is occuring to me is how do you make the song loop? I've been told to just edit the song in audacity by placing multiple tracks so it loops, however that makes a big file size and so I don't really want to do that. So does anybody know how to make an OGG sound file loop when it plays in game? If anyone can help me out with this then I will appreciate it.
Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Are you talking about sound effects or music?

This isn't really the place for such a question.  It certainly isn't FF related.  There's a thread around here where this question was also answered recently.

There are also a ton of tutorials online.

Alright, I just managed to find someone who gave me a helping hand on creating the looping files, so this thread can be deleted if need be now.
