Scripting and Reverse Engineering / Importing custom models into ff7

I have few questions, ideas.

imagine that i have high poly model of Aerith
I would like to import it into ff7 as battle or field model.
Present Aerith battle model is made of many files.
Rvaa file has information about animation, skeleton and position of various model parts.
Other small files are parts of the body and atachments points.
My idea is to export ff7 Aerith into 3d model software then create  ,or get (from few web artists) high poly aerith model.  New aerith must have pose, and proportions of the old Aerith. Then we are breaking apart new Aerith into pieces.Each piece must have atachments point. Then we must export pieces,models into ff7 3d format and replace old files in ff7 archive with new ones.
Important thing - we are not changing Rvaa file so animation and skeleton is preserved. We must have this same number of new 3d files as the number of old 3d files.

Questions.Problems
There is software ,Mirex Biturn to  convert ff7 3d files into other formats but there is no software to convert it back into ff7 model. How to do it?

Is it possible to import high poly model into ff7 or there is a polygon, memory limit for that or any other problems?

Squaresoft is releasing ff8 for PC in Japan. It may be sign that squaresoft is going back to PC , or it may means nothing. We shall see.

Scripting and Reverse Engineering / FF8.Is there a way to compress , decompress .fl.fi.fs files.

I need software to compress , decompress ff 8 *.fl *.fs *.fi files becouse i am trying to translate game to other language.
I know that "garden" can do it but it is only decompresing, compresing  certain files not all *.fs *.fl *.fi files. Also "Eight" can only extrac files  and os not capable to compress again files.

I need compressing , decompressing  files becouse i need to alter .tex graphic files.

If anyone can help please respond

Archive / Solution for ff7 no movies bug

Sometimes after instaling ff7 the game is working without movies.
You can hear music and sound efects but you can see only black screen during movies.

You can solve it by going ->my computer-> control panel ->multimedia->devices and then you must delete all the video codecs (one of the codecs is cousing no movies bug but i do not know which one)
After that reboot computer and play ff7 with movies

I tried it on windows 98 and it worked
