There should be a checkbox on the window that pops up when you put a disk in asking if you want to remember the option instead of ask every time. So you can click "take no action" and the checkbox, and it shouldn't come back when you switch disks.
Failing that, just upload your save game here and someone can play through it for you, then save it at the next point, for you to redownload and go from there.
