7th Heaven / Have to use Game Converter every time before launching the game with 7th Heaven

What did I do wrong? Game launches ok but the mods are not applied unless I use the Game Converter every single time (after pc startup) before launching the game through 7th Heaven.

Any possible fix to try on this?
