Just wanted to introduce myself, I am Sway. Unashamedly a ff7 fanboy, just picked up ff7 and ff8 for pc and I'm gettin back into playing.

Thanks to all the posters here, before I registered I had issues with ff8, but thankfully I found information here and in currently enjoying the game.

Do you have the wisdom not to use iOS4 on it? I am pretty much stuck with it since I use the Roku app, but it's not nearly so bad on the last iOS3.

I do all my online business via my Android, very little hassle on this thing. Wirh the rxception of the currently busted screen. And the auto correct, gets annoying when you can text/type as fast as I can though, you start with a normal conversation, then boom, in.the flurry of fingers an unintended letter gets pushed and your stuck with a word that makes no sense what so ever. All because they didn't count on fat fingering. What little experience I have with the iPhone was limited to setting up a email for a buddy of mine out on the oil fields, he was about as technological as you can get if yo speak like elmer fudd.
Long story short, I wasn't impressed and when i finally got it set up the first two non curse words out of my mouth were "never again"

[offtopic] I got CUSTOM ios4.2.1 whited00r you should have a look at that alot of developors also added many ios5 features etc on this and theyre main aim was to make it also faster there is a ios3 version of the custom fw its called whited00r 5.1, im just waiting for redd00r
at the moment the custom ios4.2.1 is fast as heck

It's a bot, it's got a link to a busted site that seems to sll R4 carts for the DS.

It *does* look quite bottish, but I'd prefer to give her the benefit of the doubt. If she starts to advertise things, though, it's a different story.

oh sure i dont say hi to one person their all 'why you no like me'. then i say hi to another and they end up being a bot(?). maybe this is why i usually fail in the social situations, always talking to the machines instead of the people...

Just a word of advice, Custom builds of iOS like whited00r don't really do much. Their only advantage is the fact that they already have Cydia and some other tools pre-installed. You can -EASILY- get the same results on your own with minimal effort
Think of custom versions of iOS like ripoff versions of PSP CFW. It has stuff added in, and claims it has X Y and Z removed, when that's simply not the case. Full access to iOS source code is not available, hence only minimal edits can be made, and stuff can be added. As far as your perceived increase in speed, mostly a placebo effect.

As far as I can tell, that site is blank. I can't find a mirror for it, either.

We don't currently have an explicit policy on profile links, only post content - though this may change in the future. I can't speak for the rest of staff, but one consideration is that policing links would be very difficult, because there's no notification when a member updates these hyperlinks (though I'll look into SMF plugins that handle this). Of course, if a moderator sees a link to content that's obviously inappropriate or offensive, there's still scope for discretion.

They don't tend to revisit or edit their posts, however.

But human spammers can, and the recent edit (with lots of links to commercial sites that *can* be verified as they aren't dead) *does* break the rule. Moderated.

Got to admit that quote trick was pretty neat, though.
