Where in the settings after installing can I set the frame rate to 60fps/ THX

You can't right now since the mod was not released when the current version of Bootleg was released. It will most likely be possible in the next version. If you know your way around files, you may able to manually install the mod, although I can foresee conflicts with a lot of configurations.

Ok a little lost whats the difference between the mod and bootleg, is there a mod your talking about? TY  And I was just talking about the boot loader, it has refresh rate and all but no FPS setting.

Oh, the only way to have 60 FPS is through an (unfinished) mod, so that's why this option is not there.
