I ran ff7config.exe to change the audio source an now mods will not load

Hello,

I wanted to use a different audio output after I had installed the mods, so I ran ff7config.exe

However, after that the game loaded full screen even though I had set it up to run windowed in 7th heaven, and none of my mods loaded.

Any idea how I can fix this?

Opening ff7config.exe resets your registry keys since the game is being converted to the 98 version when running the GC. Try clearing your registry keys and running the GC again and it should be fine. Never ever open ff7config.exe after the games been converted, if you want to change audio sources always run the GC first.

Sorry how do you change the audio setting from on board sound to say HDMI? I don't see settings for that anywhere in the 7th heaven.

Re-run the game converter, and choose the "overwrite" option at the beginning.

Also, make sure your HDMI peripheral is attached at the time you run the GC, else it won't see it.
