Title: how do I make a full character for ff7?
Post by: aznguy212 on 2009-09-23 15:33:54
hello everyone.
I'm having trouble making customs character edits for final fantasy 7.
for instance, I extracted the lgp files and came across a bunch of 4 lettered .p files.
when I load some of them, they seem to be separate body parts for the characters.
I just wanted to know how I can find which one belongs to who and how I can possibly make a full assembled chara.
I'm sorry for being a noob with this but I really want to learn.
Please help if anyone can.

thank you so much in advance.

In the battle.lgp the files ending in aa are the models skeleton, in char.lpg the files with .hrc on the end are the skeletons. Use Kimera to open these and view the models

This may be of use to you http://www.mediafire.com/?dwwmzzejmdl (http://www.mediafire.com/?dwwmzzejmdl)

It has an index of what skeleton files are for what character/enemy
