Bascially, I'm stuck right after the whole "Shooting Star" cutscene. like immediately afterwards, all teh characters and backgrounds appear, but nothing happens. I can't bring up menus, advance teh story or anything... However, hitting Ctrl+Q still brings up the in game window.
I don't know the full specs on my pc, but it is Vista, with Nvidia graphics.
I have teh following patches playing:
High Res Cloud
Altered Spell names (Bolt2 to Thundara, etc)
Reasonable Difficulty
1.02 patch
Chocobo patch
I also have the K-lite codec pack.... I've looked on the forums, and nothings really helped, and I really don't wanna apply anohter patch unless I have to... I've heard there's a way to just skip the entire thing altogether, although I'm not sure how, but I've heard it involves doing something and hitting something plus f8 IIRc.... All help is much appreciated
