Cetra Music Patch Causes An Error

I have installed the XP patch, the chocobo patch and the hi-res cloud patch with no problems: the game runs fine.

Then when I use cetra to apply the music patch the game refuses to run.

I get:  Runtime error 217 at 0001A780

Followed by:  The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142).

Any ideas?

The music patch is not compatible with the XP patch, only with the English 1.02 FF7.exe.

by "xp patch" i mean the nvidia update that puts you to 1.02 or whatever it is... i don't mean that animevamp pile of crap.  All the other cetra patches, and other patches (hires cloud and hand patch), work.  But the music patch causes the stated error.
