How come i cant sell cards in TTG!?

I have DirectX, why cant i sell or buy cards? the page said nothing about not being able to buy or sell. Is this option due for the ext release or is something wrong with my computer

Lots of things in TTG are still not implemented, I'm afraid. If it doesn't work, chances are it was never intented to.
