I'm trying to find and modify spell textures of Dissidia 012 so i extracted the arc, then extracted the effe.0 dat and got a a FEP, FEB and FXSEB file. I did some searches and all i can find is someone mentioning FEP file as a file type chunk that is used in FF Crisis Core, but nobody in that thread explained it or figured it out.
