Nice Jusete.

Just for information:

Reactor 1 and Reactor 5

nmkin_2 is similar to smkin_2
nmkin_3 is similar to smkin_3
nmkin_4 (already finished) is similar to smkin_4
nmkin_5 is similar to smkin_5

That are nearly the same scenes. They only thing that is different is the color scheme and few smoke effects.

Reactor 1
https://finalfantasy.german-syslinux-blog.de/FF7/index.php?db=1&loc=29
Touch of green

Reactor 5
https://finalfantasy.german-syslinux-blog.de/FF7/index.php?db=1&loc=30
Touch of blue

If u have finished all Reactor 1 Scenes, only little color modifications are required to have the scenes for the reactor 5.

Greetings

Sorry for the little OT, but is the Wedge field model not yet finished from the user ninostyle or has someone forget to include that? And many of the preview images are not shown from the ninostyle versions. Was someone too lazy to make one?  :-D Don't take it serious. Just joking.

Thanks man Flash0429, I thought I was crazy.  ;D

And by the way: Is it just me or are many mods missing in the new FH 2.0 Version? A simple example are the Avalanche field scenes and many others are not in the catalog anymore. Refreshed the catalog already, but nothing changes. Are many mods incompatible with the new version or what is the reason?

"The iro is updated"

Really? I just downloaded the file with your link in the first post: IRO: https://mega.nz/#!wAICzIhD!t6JSemwZqRyqxplr8km7FYkHew-wwUZlXCmHf5Wcack

I extracted the IRO and the new files are missing! md1_1 + md1_2 are not there. That is the reason why I asked before. The link is not the actual, if u have updated the IRO File. Try it by yourself.

No, I didn't know that. I will download it. But i don't use 7TH FH personally. I use it just for testing purposes. I modded my entire game through the files itself, packed it and fine. If I reinstall my system i have just to extract the files and i am ready to play.  ;) 8)

Have u already updated the IRO-file at Megabase Jusete? The last time i checked, the filesize was identical with the old file. Would be nice, if u could add the last update time behind or infront of the links. And yes, the IRO Subscription doesn't works with my tested 7TH FH 1.56 version.

The problem with the ai upscale is that you loose all the detail. Check the signs next to the reactor gate, you can´t even read "NORTH GATE". I don´t see any issue with the aliasing to be honest, only few places but nothing that photoshop and the smoothing tool can solve xD

Absolutely my thoughts. The details with the written text is something that I noticed first at viewing the picture of satsuki. I did not notice any of the anti aliasing problems. Better a readable text, than an anti aliasing problems solved. Just my two cents. hehe :D

Can you also upload un-memoryscrambled versions elsewhere?

https://finalfantasy.german-syslinux-blog.de/FF7/

All existing released scenes can be found there. Either that or you search by yourself through many posts here to find each published scene. The most scenes can be found on the first page, but this are the raw images without additional effects from other members like "Shampignon", who sliced the scenes.  The screens on the first page are mostly not the released ones. Just for information  :)

@ Jusete

I thought it. Without to pay a license it seems to be hopeless.  ::) Thanks for your answer.

That looks great.

Which 3D Software do u use to create the rooms? And which render for the light effects?

I played for months ago with sketchup, but is was a real pain. And i haven't found a free render for light effects. Can u please write down all the programs u are using and maybe some notes, when do u use it? Thanks. Are the programs all for free? Or did u buy them?

« on: 2018-10-04 16:21:03 »
Have the same issue. It seems to be an 7th Problem with the new Windows Build 1809. Before the Windows Update i could play the game.

It doesn't matter how many mods u have activated or not. U got the problem with just one Mod activated. So, the problem is the program itself. Maybe the creator can patch it.

I can start the game directly by clicking the ff7.exe or the ff7_mo.exe without the 7th program. That works, but, u know, than are no mods active.

I am using now an workaround and don't use the 7th program anymore. Use the tool to unpack all your IRO Files to a location and select manual all of the mods and move the directories to the correct place in the game folder. Works. For some Mods, u need the lgptools.exe to edit the current game files. If u have just png files in the mod folder, put them to mods\Texture\

For example:

Folder Modname
->field
---->many png files

Put the field directory to the mods\Texture\ folder.

Example:
mods\Texture\field

Sorry about my writing. I didn't know, that only moders are allowed to make suggestions or criticize something.  ::)

So, why i have written it?

jmp434, i wrote u my feelings about my impressions. What do u think, what a newcomer think, if u tell them, he did a very very very bad job at his first try? That i mean! And u still don't get it. It was a really bad job (that's not the point), i know, but it was my first try! The most people had thrown the towel and thought: " Okay, that was really fun, but better i leave it now without a comment and come never back again!" That is the reason why i wrote my impressions about it. You are demotivating new people, they are willed to help.

Have u after my first try looked at a new version from me ? U haven't and it seems, u have not the interests to do that.

U talk permanent of "quality" and "how u do something" and only people who have done whole scenes are allowed to say something or not and such things. That is curious.

A simple question to u:"How have u begun ?"

What are u delivering with your messages ? Only people with experience are welcome. That is your message! Maybe u don't notice it, because u are fall in love by yourself. Remember, i read the most threads and posts in the avalanche forum. I tell u just the things, that i have thought the whole time by reading it.

Maybe u understand it now, or not. Don't know. But the threads, the posts are talking a really clear message to new people who are thinking about to join. And that is why i have written it, that u don't search for new people.

And why i should sugar-code it ? That doesn't change anything. I think, we are all grown. I have noticed your problem with criticism in old threads. All people who make suggestions and don't sugar-code u at first are bad people. U don't believe me ? Read your first posts! I mean, i can still write a sugar-code wall at first, if u feel better then, and then give a suggestion, but on the other side i think, who needs that ?

Maybe u understand it now. I have tried to explain it. The language barrier is another thing we are fighting against. Ok, so on.

Greetings.

I understand the point of large renderings. The argument from KnifeTheSky77 is a little bit odd.

The whole game has a rendered size of round about 640x480 +-100px at the highest ingame scenes. U can play the game on an 8K TV, but the stretched old scenes looking very very very bad on 8K. 4K is at the moment not the standard. And as a normal desktop monitor, the most users (gamers) still have a normal 1920x1080px resolution. 4K and 8K are not desktop PC resolutions. It's for TV's like u said and maybe the pc nerds!

Why i say that ?

What do u think, how long it takes to recreate all the missing scenes in HD ?

Let me think:
We have 2 modders who create scenes. I don't count the slicers!

If each modder creates 10 scenes in a year, we need 32 years to finish it at the moment.

What do u think, which resolution is in 32 years the standard ?

Where we should draw the limit ? 4K ? 8K ? 16K? 32K?

I haven't said, don't make high-res project renders! I said, keep the ingame renders real and don't overact it.

"My personal thoughts about the HD scenes"

The problem is, all the people who doing mods here at the team avalanche forums doing all their own thing. I see no teamwork here! That's my impression! That is the first really big problem here! We have so much lonely wolfs, who doing their job. I read sometimes from different people: "good teamwork"  and I just wondered. What does they mean ? Creating alone the whole scenes and put sometimes a rendered high-res picture into the thread ?  :o

Another thing: It's not organized. Moders or artist lose themselves in perfection... Begun scenes will be never finished, because a line of darkness is drawed on the scene. Don't take it serious  ;D I am overacting it! Perfection is not bad, but u will never finish the scenes if u act like that. Who cares the pipe who is 1mm shifted in the scene ? Or too large doors ? I don't believe the user noticed it, if he have not the comparison!

I read before months for the first time the jmp434 thread who searched for new people to help him. My personal experience is, he isn't looking for help. I have personal no problem with jmp434 or anyone else, but how u tell the people the mistakes or something bad creations is horrible. I hope for u, u have not a position in a company, where u teach newcomers. I hope it! Really! It's discourage.

The biggest thing is, that u haven't the sensitiveness. U can criticize what ever u want, but than also explain it and help the newcomers! My impression was, u search only for experienced moders and that's it. Other lonely wolfs!    I have not the experience. I am new to this and i have much to learn! I know it! I am not an idiot. If I nailed it, than why u have created the tutorial ? Masters don't need a tutorial dude! And masters don't fall from the sky.

I feel lost here. I have created the overview page to be a part of a team, to learn something, and yes, I love the game too. But my feeling is, we haven't a team!

All of u doing a great job, but i don't wonder, why u haven't more moders.  ::) That's my personal impression of the forums. U must don't share my opinion, of course.

Greetings.

Many details are not added. It takes really much time. The whole objects in this scene are a bit annoying.  :-D Have added the lighting too, but I render it if the scene is complete. Some Hats are missing, the beams are missing and some clothes and other things. My PC get slower and slower with each object. The cork wall need some newspaper too. Don't wonder! For the screenshot i changed a bit the camera. The camera fits with the old scene.

Nice work. Have tested all magic's, summon's, enemy-skills.

Great!  ;D

I have found a misalignment. The Bahamut-Zero summon has different space layers. 2 of them are layered over the other. That is not the problem. The problem is, that the space textures are either to small (Don't know it's fixed or not) or the game handle it like this. U see in the space really clear the too small images. Maybe u can change it. If not, it is not bad either.

OTT:

Which texture is for the running chocobo effects on the world map ? That need a remake too :D Also the position markers of the player or the vehicles on the world map. Grimmy had done the remake of the world textures or who was it ?

I have one simple question. Why u don't  finish all your already started scenes at first ?

I have read many threads here. U have round about 20 scenes (Haven't count it! The church! Mako reactor etc) who are not finished. I don't get it. What is the point to start many scenes at once and don't complete one thing by another ? Why so many scenes at one time ? It is not only u, also the old modders like Spoox worked on many many many scenes and don't finish one of them.

I wondered why u don't finish the junonr1 scene. Yeah, u said, it has some problems. That's fine, but I don't understand, why u don't fix it first, finish the scene and then work on another.  It isn't efficient how u work. Each scene has other rules and u must always think in if u work on an older scene. Have u a simple explanation for your action?  :)

PS: I love your work  8-)
