I've just got a Radeon VE (UBER! UBER! YES!) so I'll fire up 7/8 and see how they run...
Generally speaking it doesn't have the sheer performance of the GF2's but the quality of the output is *great*. Three simultaneous outputs (2 monitors & S-Video) is also good, the main reason why I bought it
In fact, most of the card's specs are like that - not quite as *fast* as a GF2, but more features.
It's cheaper than most GF2 MX's (at least here) and comes with DDR ram, so I'd say it's a good buy if you're looking to spend £70-£80. Comes with faaar too many cables and adaptors, but that's good Also, doesn't need a fan, just a mega heatsink; not a major point, but nice (PC is damn near silent now).
For sheer performance a GeForce is the only real option, usually, though.
